Service Description

I have been teaching for 15 years in studios and retreats and events and all the while my favorite has been in the park - outdoors in nature. I hope you will join, as I am looking forward to creating a commUNITY here in Delray Beach. My vision is to create a safe space where all know they can practice Yoga anywhere anytime, outdoors, indoors, alone or with others and however they feel to just show up themselves without judgment, without expectations.
