The InBody Journey offers you ways to get to know yourself better through an exploration of your body and your mind.

I, like others, have overcome many challenging life experiences. I lost touch with myself only to find myself through embodiment, mindfulness and yoga therapy.
I overcame dark times, met my amazing husband, and I rediscovered my passion for yoga. That is how The InBody Journey came to be!
My vision is to create an experience where womxn can break-through self-limiting beliefs or stories that have created blocks and feelings of sadness or being “stuck”. The InBody Journey encourages you to live your best life by understanding that the tools for peace and harmony are within you.
Appealing to womxn who have experienced a lot of life already; like heartache, perhaps a divorce, or losing a loved one, low self esteem, or the use of outside sources to avoid or calm nerves, feeling confused, overwhelmed or just "off".

What I Offer
I believe that each person is an individual and deserves a personalized approach to their well-being. That's why I offer 3 tiers of packages designed to fit where you are in life and which steps you would like to take to improve your Mindfulness practice.
Options that can be included in this individualized approach include but are not limited to personalized yoga instruction, yoga therapy, guided meditation, meditation instruction, mindfulness training, philosophy discussions, guided somatic practices, etc.
