Mindfulness 

A practice of living life on purpose, moment to moment.

Being fully present to the experience you're having as it's happening.

Meditation is a powerful way to practice mindfulness.

Yoga

 

An ancient science that offers ways of living mindfully for true happiness and love of

oneself + others.

 

Elements of a Yoga practice include breath awareness and poses or shapes with the body. But not limited to.

Embodiment

Giving a visible example or form of an idea, feeling or way of being through the body awareness.

Yoga Therapy offers ways to achieve this felt sense of our inner connectedness.

Once upon a time I was miserable. I felt helpless. I could not see "the light at the end of the tunnel". My tunnel was dark and deep. 

That is not my story anymore. 

And I am who I want to be, who I was meant to be.

What I Offer

I believe that each person is an individual and deserves a personalized approach to their well-being. That's why I offer 3 tiers of packages designed to fit where you are in life and which steps you would like to take to improve your Mindfulness practice.

 

Options that can be included in this individualized approach include but are not limited to personalized yoga instruction, yoga therapy, guided meditation, meditation instruction, mindfulness training, philosophy discussions, guided somatic practices, etc. 

 

Let's talk so I can get an idea of where you are and where you'd like to be so we can develop a plan of action together!
