I invite you to join me for a deep dive to your inner Self in Ecuador!

I will be hosting a 6 FULL DAYS YOGA THERAPY WOMEN'S RETREAT all inclusive on the coast of Ecuador.


This will be an intimate group joining for a relaxing, introspective, loving and connected experience.

Food, accommodations, transportation, Yoga and Meditation will all be included.

Excursions will be optional and additional.

Offering the fundamentals of yoga as a lifestyle. Yoga is an ancient practice dedicated to aligning the body, mind, and spirit and I seek to bring understanding to the importance of yoga philosophy and how to cultivate a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Guidance and support along your wellness journey by embodying a holistic blend of physical, mental, and spiritual health.  Through yoga-based services I bring awareness to the connection between mind and body. 


What I Offer

I believe that each person is an individual and deserves a personalized approach to their well-being. That's why I offer Yoga in different ways, designed to fit where you are on your journey and which steps you would like to take to improve your life and overall well being.


Options that can be included in this individualized approach include but are not limited to personalized yoga instruction, yoga therapy, guided meditation, meditation instruction, mindfulness training, philosophy discussions, guided somatic practices, etc.
